The Royal City Radio Control Club (RCRCC) flies out of Santa Fe, New Mexico at our club field which has a 500 ft. paved runway, paved pit area and covered shelter.  We are also permitted to fly at the Santa Fe Municipal Recreation Complex (MRC) grass soccer fields at certain times.

The club welcomes new members. Meetings are held monthly (except Jan., Feb.) on the  first Wednesday of the month (contact us for info). The club holds cookouts, fun fly events, programs for youths, float flying at Cochiti Lake and other events. The club offers pilot instruction and training.

Please note that the FAA regulations have changed and you need to use the LAANC – Low Altitude Authorization and Notification Capability each time you fly at the Club Field or at the MRC Soccer Fields in addition to having an FAA registration number on your plane. The club field has FRIA (FAA-Recognized Identification Area) status so you won’t need a Remote ID unit to fly there. You will need one when they are available at the MRC. Click here for details.
